These Terms govern your use of The AppChamp applications, websites and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable app-store rules.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of the services, the files you process and compliance with applicable law. Keep suitable backups of important content and ensure you have the right to process any material you use.
Intellectual property
The apps, website, branding, designs and original content are owned by or licensed to The AppChamp and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Restrictions
You may not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, distribute unauthorized copies of, or use the services to infringe rights, introduce malicious code, or conduct unlawful activity.
Third-party services
Our services may contain advertising, links, SDKs or integrations operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We do not control their content or availability.
App Store and Google Play
When downloading through Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to the applicable store terms. The store provider is not responsible for support beyond obligations imposed by law.
Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or perfect conversion of every file.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The AppChamp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, loss of data, revenue or profits arising from use of the services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the services, users or third parties. You may stop using an app at any time by uninstalling it.

Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms and publish the revised version here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your location.
